Our overall mission is to enrich the lives of the Abraxas High School community. The primary purpose of our foundation is to work in partnership with teachers, staff, students, and our community partners to identify and support needs and opportunities that will better the lives of each and every Abraxas student.
Abraxas Foundation welcomes your time, talent and donations. For the 2023 – 2024 School Year The Foundation will support programs that provide specific learning opportunities and styles for our unique student population for both our Transition and Diploma bound students. From on-site training of job skills with our Dog Treats and Coffee Cart Job Programs in Transition to our award-winning Garden & Aquaponics Program, also our Culinary, Screen Printing & Graphic Design classes and the Campus Safe Center that continues to support students and enrich our campus.
Your tax-deductible donation is truly an investment in the future of our students. Abraxas Foundation Fundraising Goal is $27,500.00 for the 2023-2024 school year.
Upcoming Events
Foundation Meetings: We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 3PM in the Abraxas high school library.
Please note: we are not meeting January 9, 2023
E-Waste Recycling Event: Please bring your electronic waste to Abraxas high school on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 9AM to 12PM. We look forward to seeing you! Please note that we cannot accept microwaves, refrigerators, batteries, bulbs, appliances or furniture.
